Your donation was very welcome and helped us help us prepare and distribute our weekly AmeriCeltic newsletters, support our Mission, and continue our public outreach, as we did at the Irish Fleadh in Mountain View last month and will do at several more Celtic Events in June and July. Now we have a Thank You gift for you!

Please be our and our own San José Giants GUESTS for Irish Heritage Day in San José, CA one week from today, on Sunday, June 16th (Father’s Day!), from 12:00 – 1:00 PM, with free admission courtesy of Aer Lingus, the Irish Airline!

Starting at noon, there will be Irish songs, tunes, dancers, & food followed by San José Giants baseball at 1:00 PM! What a GREAT way to celebrate Father’s Day!!!

Irish Heritage Day with the San Jose Giants

Irish Music, Dance, Food and Baseball!

San Jose Giants, 588 E Alma Ave, San Jose, CA

This Father’s Day, celebrate Irish Heritage Day with the San Jose Giants, and AmeriCeltic will be there!

Gates open for an Irish Feis at noon! The pre-game festivities will include Irish Dance from Kirkpatrick’s School of Dance http://kirkpatricksdance.com and some Irish tunes and songs from Kevin Jonker and Aaron Clegg and Robin Fish and Jerry Friedman. Besides the usual hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts, nachos, pizza, tacos, garlic fries, and BBQ, Taste of Britain will offer their Celtic Fare.

At 1:00 PM, Charmas Band’s lead singer, Aaron Clegg, will sing our national anthem, followed by the San Jose Giants hosting the Visalia Rawhide for some good, old fashioned American Baseball. Postgame, there will be on-field catch and kids are invited down onto the field to run the bases.
